QUALITY
Quality built into the work
Requirements become visible, measurable and verifiable from procurement through fabrication, installation, testing and handover. Project-specific Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans are developed where required by contract.
Requirements
Translate drawings, specifications, codes and client requirements into controlled work and inspection requirements.
Materials
Control receiving inspection, identification, certificates, traceability, storage and preservation.
Welding & fabrication
Qualified procedures, competent personnel, controlled weld maps, consumables and fit-up.
Inspection & testing
Planned hold and witness points, dimensional checks, NDT, pressure testing and functional verification.
Non-conformance
Identify, segregate, evaluate, correct and close non-conforming work through documented processes.
Turnover
Inspection records, certificates, test packs, punch lists and final dossiers for handover.
Applicable standards may include ISO management-system principles, ASME, API, AWS, ASME B31.3 / B31.4 / B31.8, ASTM and relevant local statutory requirements. Final requirements are always governed by the project specification and jurisdiction. Specific certifications will only be stated once formally obtained.

Appropriate storage, secondary containment, inspection and response arrangements for oils, fuels and chemicals.
Energy & resources
Plan equipment use and work methods to reduce unnecessary fuel, electricity and water consumption.
Pollution prevention
Control dust, noise, emissions, wastewater and other site impacts per project requirements.
